About us
Community first
We are proud to be part of the Far South Coast community. Our families come from Eden, Pambula, Merimbula, and the wider Bega Valley. We aim to be the kind of club where children feel known, parents feel welcome, and everyone feels safe to have a go.
Gymnastics for every stage
Our classes are structured and progressive. Many children start with recreational gymnastics to build the basics. Some are later invited into development streams when they are ready for extra challenge. Either way, the goal is the same: skill-building, confidence, and enjoyment.
Safety and wellbeing
Safety is not a slogan - it is how we operate. We follow clear coaching instructions, safe use of equipment, and venue rules, and we expect respectful behaviour from everyone in the space. Child-safe practice is a priority, and we take concerns seriously.
Respectful behaviour
We ask families to support a calm, positive environment. That includes respectful language, following staff directions, and treating other families with consideration. It is the same standard we hold for staff and volunteers.
Communication and support
If you are unsure about anything - registration, class placement, fees, uniforms, or a child’s needs - reach out. We would rather solve small issues early than let them become stressful.
Local sport and school connections
Gymnastics supports many sports - balance, agility, strength, and confidence carry over into everything from footy to netball to athletics. We encourage families to keep their kids active across the community, and we work hard to fit around busy local schedules where possible.
What you can expect from us
- Clear term and class information when registrations open
- Age-appropriate coaching in a supervised environment
- Fair processes for class capacity and invite-only streams
- Privacy and sensible handling of parent and student information
- A simple way to ask for help if you get stuck
Feedback, complaints, and doing the right thing
If something does not feel right, please contact us. Most issues are solved quickly through respectful conversation. Where a matter is more serious, we will take appropriate steps and follow a proper process. Families should feel confident that concerns will be handled fairly and with care.
Helpful links for families will be placed on our Terms page, including behaviour expectations and child-safe guidance, consistent with NSW sport guidance and common club standards.
